INTRODUCTION
Infor (US) LLC (hereinafter “Infor”) has scheduled Infor Velocity Bengaluru to occur during the period 16 May 2025 – 16 May 2025 (hereinafter “Event”). By registering for the Event you (“You”, “Your” or “Attendee” as referred to herein) are agreeing to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein below (hereinafter the “Terms”) and that the Terms govern Your attendance at the Event.

INFOR PRODUCT/SERVICE DISCLAIMER
The presentations and associated materials offered during the Event may reflect the direction that Infor may take with respect to certain product development plans all of which are subject to change by Infor in its sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice to You. Many factors can materially affect Infor's product development plans and the timing of future product releases. Accordingly, You hereby acknowledge and agree that: (i) Infor is not committing to develop or deliver any specified products, upgrades, enhancements or any other product features or functions that You become aware of in connection with the Event and (ii) any information provided or made available to You or of which You otherwise become aware through your participation in the Event is provided or made available to You solely for informational purposes and should not be relied on by You or anyone else in making any decisions.


ATTENDEES
Those eligible to register and attend the Event include Infor customers, Infor partners, Infor contracted consultants, Infor employees and any other individuals who have received a specific invitation or written approval from an Infor representative to attend the Event. If Infor deems a registrant ineligible, Infor reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund. Attendees must be 18 years of age to attend the Event. Attendee participation in certain event activities may be limited in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Those outside of these parameters must have prior written approval from Infor. Infor reserves the right to deem any registrant ineligible to attend the Event and You acknowledge and agree that Infor reserves the right to cancel Your registration without refund. It is against Infor policy to share, swap, and/or trade Event badges at any time during the Event, and Attendees in violation of this restriction will be asked to immediately leave the Event without refund.

PERSONAL DATA, PHOTOGRAPHY, AND VIDEOGRAPHY
Personal information may be collected in order to process Your Event registration, such as Your contact information, identification numbers, and credit card information. Please be aware that Infor may employ electronic monitoring with our attendees during Event via badge scanning. The information would enable us to review traffic patterns for a better attendee experience as well as improve the education of the event by understanding attendance of attendee types. You consent to receiving the post event survey for voluntary feedback about your experience at the Event. You also understand and accept that there will be a variety of photography and videography captured throughout all venues, events and activities at the Event, and Your image may be captured via photography or videography, either individually or in a group setting at the Event. You hereby grant to Infor, its legal representatives and assigns, and those acting with its authority and permission, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to record and/or capture my image and voice for use, broadcast and distribution of this material during and after the Event via print, projection, broadcast, internet websites, or other media in relation to the Event and Infor. You hereby waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product or products. You hereby release and discharge Infor and its authorized agents from any and all claims, including without limitation any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. You also agree that You attend the Event at Your own risk and that Infor’s liability for any and all actions arising out of or in any way related to the Events is limited to a refund of Your registration fees. All personal data shall be processed in accordance with Infor’s Privacy Policy. Infor does not authorize individual Attendees to film or record talks and presentations made at the Event or otherwise record any sound, voices, images or photographs of others, unless it is a Recording of an individual who is not at the podium and who has expressly consented to the Recording. The prohibition in particular includes all keynotes and presentations.

EVENT PERSONAL CONDUCT POLICY
We firmly believe in the value and importance of providing an environment where all Infor event participants feel safe and welcome, regardless of whether interacting at an in-person or virtual event. We expect all event participants to be respectful and collaborative and contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment by not engaging in any form of harassment, or any other offensive, discriminatory, or threatening speech or behavior relating to race, color, religion, creed, national origin, place of birth, citizenship, ancestry, sex, gender, transgender status, gender identity and gender expression, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental ability or condition, veteran or military status, marital status, or any other legally protected category. Infor reserves the right to limit attendance at its events, at its sole discretion, whether in-person or virtual. If You do not comply with this Event Personal Conduct Policy Infor reserves the right to remove You from the event (without a refund), withdraw your online access, prohibit your attendance at future Infor events, and/or pursue other means necessary to appropriately address your failure to comply with the Policy. If you are aware or subjected to inappropriate behavior or speech, or have concerns related to the event please contact infor.events@infor.com.

ONSITE POLICY
While onsite, You agree to comply with all laws and rules with regard to public health including social distancing protocols and face mask requirements set forth by the federal, state and local government in addition to those set by Venue name and the Event. You acknowledge the health risks associated with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and the risk of exposure or infection by COVID-19. NEITHER INFOR, THE EVENT VENUE, THE EVENT ORGANIZER, OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SUCCESSORS, OR ASSIGNS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR ILLNESS, HOWEVER CAUSED, ARISING FROM, OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO COVID-19 IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT. You will immediately notify Infor if you: (i) experience symptoms of COVID-19, including, without limitation, fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or (ii) have a suspected, diagnosed, or otherwise confirmed case of COVID-19. You acknowledge Infor or its designee may take your temperature or perform other appropriate tests in Infor’s discretion which are designed to protect the health and safety of Event participants. Infor may exclude you from the Event for safety reasons at Infor’s sole discretion. You assume any and all risk, whatsoever, related to any Infor event, and release and discharge Infor and their agents from any liability to the fullest extent allowed by the law.

ATTENDEE PROPERTY
To the extent permitted under applicable law, Infor is not liable for any lost or damaged personal possessions You choose to bring to an Event, including personal devices used while participating in Event sessions.

EVENT CANCELLATION
Infor reserves the right at any time to cancel the Event due any circumstances that Infor in its sole and absolute discretion deems would make the Event either non-viable or impractical to provide, including but not limited to low enrollment, events or occurrences relating to natural disasters, threats of terrorism, illegality of the Event or any other similar circumstances or occurrences. If Infor cancels the Event, registrants will be offered a full registration refund. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, no later than (30) days after cancellation. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the Event, Infor has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date. Infor will not be responsible for reimbursement of any participant’s expenses related to any cancellation or postponement of the Event.
